Small Business Love
Our cloths have been lovingly designed in Scotland by Laura, the owner of the fabulous Juniper Press.
We’re absolutely delighted to have collaborated with a local, female-owned, small biz for our first own-brand cloths.
Laura is super talented and supporting other small businesses has been our goal from the start.
Why We Love Them
These cloths are not only pretty but also pretty useful! Mop up spills, wash dishes, and wipes surfaces with style.
Super absorbent, quick-drying, plastic-free, washable and reusable. Our eco cloths are capable of replacing around 15 rolls of paper towel, avoiding plastic packaging and reducing overall waste sent to landfills.
Perfect for cleaning any kind of surface including granite, wood, stainless steel, laminate and glass. The cotton and cellulose (wood pulp) material is 100% biodegradable and can be safely disposed of with compostable waste.
We might be a bit biased but we think these cloths are the prettiest ones out there! Working with Laura to design them has been amazing for so many reasons… The design is perfectly ‘us’ and we’ve also supported another small local business which is always our ultimate goal.
To avoid staining, wash with a small amount of dish soap and rinse thoroughly after each use. Ring out and air dry.
Machine wash regularly with similar colours.
Avoid using fabric conditioner which will affect absorbency.
The cloths lifespan is dependent on how you use and care for them.
We expect each cloth to last around 2-3 months with regular use, but it’s possible to use them for up to 8 months/200 washes.
70% cotton, 30% cellulose (wood pulp) with water-based biodegradable ink.
Recycled paper band.
ELEVEN EIGHTY ONE
We’re Jacqui and Nicky, school friends, mothers and Founders of Eco Ness. We’re not superheroes on a mission to save the world. We’re busy mums who have a duty to look after the planet for future generations and want to help you to do the same, even if your to-do list seems never-ending!
Eleven Eighty One is our own range of eco-friendly and ethically made products, to make living sustainably that little bit easier.
Combining beautiful design with planet-friendly materials… we don’t believe that you should have to skip out on owning beautiful products and feeling your best just because you love Mother Earth.
If anything, you should get a pass to more of that good stuff!
Run from our studio by the sea in the Scottish Highlands, we’re passionate about supporting other small businesses like our own. Businesses that truly care about more than just their bottom line. We’ve been doing this since launching Eco Ness in 2019 and we have collaborated with some fabulous small businesses for our own brand range too.
We hope you love them as much as we do!
