CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us. We are only able to accept returns up to 14 days from the day after delivery. If you wish to return a product, complete our cancellation and return form: https://forms.gle/vZgzJeqS2BQYAFJY8.

There are some products are exempt from cancellation/return rights (e.g. goods that are made to the customer's specification or are personalised and the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly perishable foods). In addition consumers will lose their right to cancel if they unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Due to the nature of some of our products, several items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods and some personal products.  In addition consumers will lose their right to cancel if they unseal goods that are not
suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Some such items are (but not limited to): deodorants, toothbrushes, dental floss, and toothpaste tablets.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The goods will become your responsibility when they are delivered to you or your representative.

REFUNDS

Items must be returned at the customer's expense, and qualifying cancellations/returns are entitled to a full refund (the cost of the goods and the original standard delivery cost). We advise that you obtain proof of postage for your return as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost items.  Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

As soon as possible after your items have arrived at Eco Ness we will issue a refund to you via your original method of payment, and we will send you an email to confirm. Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be returned to us and your refund to be processed.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
